Toasted Sesame Granola (GF, Vegan, Dairy Free)

Put this on top of your oats, yogurt, add into your smoothie or just eat with some milk!! Sweetened naturally with honey and dates creating the perfect amount of chewy sweetness.

Cook time: 25 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes


💗1/4 cup sesame seeds

💗1/4 cup shredded coconut

💗1/2 cup dates chopped

💗1/4 raw chopped almonds

💗1/4 cup almond butter

💗1/2 tsp vanilla extract

💗pinch of salt


Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

If you have a food processor, add the dates and almonds together and chop. If not, chop the dates/almonds and mix rest of the ingredients together forming a sticky seed mixture. Lay it out over a cookie sheet on parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
