Peanut Butter Cookies! (Vegan + GF)

These cookies are so easy to whip up-I promise you have all of these essentials already in your pantry. They are chewy, soft, and just damn delicious. Plus they are all-natural!!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 10-12 minutes

Total: 20 minutes


Yields: 10-12 cookies


Recipe:

💫1 cup peanut butter or NB of choice

💫1/2 cup coconut sugar or organic cane sugar

💫1/4 cup almond milk

💫1tsp vanilla extract

💫1/4 cup bobs red mill 1:1 GF flour

💫3 tsp baking powder

💫1/2 cup choco chips

💫1/2 cup GF oats


Steps:

Preheat oven to 375

1. mix PB, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl

2. mix in flour, baking powder

3. fold in oats and chocolate chips

4. Scoop out dough into even amounts on a baking sheet, you should be able to make 10-12 cookies

5. Bake for 10-12 mins
