A simple easy snack high in healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. Almonds can lower blood pressure, reduce blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol. One of my main snacks I always have on hand!

Total time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups almonds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
*any extra flavor/spice you desire; cayenne, garlic, honey, curry... get creative!
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Toss all ingredients together to coat evenly in a mixing bowl. Spread almonds over a baking sheet and put in the oven for 5 minutes. Half way through toss around the almonds to ensure even baking.
