Mint Matcha Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like an overpriced smoothie at a trendy vegan cafe in Australia meaning IT IS DELICIOUS. It contains healthy fats, antioxidants, protein, greens, and fiber. Matcha is a great source of antioxidants, boosts metabolism, and helps detox your liver.



Yields: 1 smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes


Recipe:

1 banana

1 tbsp flax seed

2 tbsp hemp hearts

2 kale stem leaves

5-6 fresh mint leaves .5 tsp of matcha

1 scoop vegan vanilla protein

1/2 cup ice

1/2 cup water or liquid of choice


Steps:

Blend until all ingredients are nice and smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
