One of my staples during my sugar detox! This smoothie was honestly created to satisfy a sweet tooth but has no added sugar except a tiny bit of stevia that was already in my protein powder. I LOVE anything chocolatey and minty so why not make it my breakfast? Packed with greens, protein, fiber and healthy fats-all the essentials!

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen avocado* handful mint leaves
2 handfuls spinach
1 tbsp chia
1 tbsp hemp
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
If needed: 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, if the smoothie is really thick-add 1/2 cup water.
*if you don't have frozen avocado, you can omit and just add ice.
