We are a very busy family with two teenage boys. Lots of our meals were spent eating out or having fast, easy meals because we were always on the go. Quick and convenient took priority over healthy and balanced. I rarely took the time to really take care of myself because I was always so busy. I was always feeling fatigued and had little energy. I was gaining weight and I didn't want to try another diet. I wanted to feel strong and healthy again and in control of what I was eating. I wanted to work with Emily because of her gentle, no judgment approach. I had developed a lifetime of bad habits and I thought it wasn't going to be easy to make the proper adjustments. Emily was so supportive and encouraging. With Emily it wasn't just about diet and exercise, it was about creating a balanced lifestyle in which I am able to make time for myself. Taking care of my mind and body. I have been so happy working with Emily. She has inspired me to make so many healthy, lasting changes. My approach to food, exercise, and overall wellness has changed and I feel better than I have in years.

Working with Emily increased my habits of eating healthy whole foods up to 95% vs. 70%, reducing cocktails, & accomplished some of the metrics for the doctor checkup. Loved the flexibility to help how I needed it. Very positive suggestions with visualization, affirmations, bedtime routine lifestyle of journaling creating living in the present. I believe that my healthy lifestyle is sustainable again. I had lost that vision! Her support was the best ever! No matter how much or how little needed, she was there! I had had trouble getting back onto foods that will support my health goals. Before working with Emily, I watched too much television and was sedentary. I slept poorly because of it, and it affected how I functioned at work. Because of poor sleep, I was tired a lot and would make poor food choices. I love how Emily became my motivator, my therapist, my life coach, my nutritionist, and my friend all in one. We tackled every issue I had, together. We accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. Some of the major things we worked on were exploring a plant-based diet, and generally eating better, improving my sleep, and exercise, and more movement daily. We discussed so many things, life goals, unresolved past issues, positive reinforcement, meditation, being good to myself, anything, and everything that seemed to come up during our weekly calls. I didn't know how to proceed with making life changes that I knew were really beneficial for me. Emily made it easy, and she has given me the tools to be able to continue my progress. Most people at some time in their life, need a coach who can help them get where they want to be and to live a happy, full-filling, and healthy life.
